I have no clue how one is supposed to uplift the depressed classes by suppressing the general class.The attempt of these political clowns ,lead by Mr Arjun Singh ,is well nigh deplorable,to say the least.Aimed pleasing the votebanks.This politician has stopped to new levels.The attempt to create new IITs in such a hurry is it self a symbol ,that whole game is election centric.The IIT and other institutes of excellence are excellent as these have been created over the years.Mere creation of building with IIT insignia does not result in creation of quality.
